Travel tips in Germany: Hiking through the Hoellentalklamm (Hell Valley Gorge)

Recently, the husband and I decided to explore a different gorge in the same area called Hoellentalklamm (or Hell Valley Gorge if translated into English) and it did not disappoint!

Exploring Natural Florida, Robinson Preserve in Bradenton

If you are visiting the area and want a taste of authentic Florida, you might want to spend an afternoon exploring the Robinson Preserve in Bradenton.  A few years ago this former farming area was restored to it’s natural, beautiful state and is now a 487 Acre preserve where you can visit…for free.

Alpine Lake, Walchensee, Germany

There are numerous beautiful lakes around Munich. Starnbergersee is lovely, but often full of people and quite difficult to find a nice spot to stay for the day. This can of course be the case with any of the lakes on a gorgeous, sunny day…but I did find that one lake seemed to be quite a lot less crowded than the others, Walchensee.
